Olivia is the founder of Postpartum Support Toronto. She is a family coach, counselor, and doula who has been studying family dynamics for over ten years.


She is dedicated to building parenting communities where we can come together and talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of parenting. 


Olivia loves to hear from parents aroud the city, so if you have a question about the weekly drop in groups, reach out and she will be in touch. 

Laura Kent-Davidson

Laura has had a love for babies for as long as she can remember.  After the birth of her first, her struggles through birth trauma, breastfeeding, and overall adjustment in the postpartum period gave her a new found respect for the journey of parenthood. Surprised by her feelings of overwhelm and isolation- even though surrounded by a supportive network- she decided to do what she could in her personal and professional life to life up new parents and their babies. 


As a Naturopathic Doctor and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant she focusses her practise on postpartum wellness and breastfeeding support. She is passionate about empowering families, especially those who are vulnerable, underserved, or displaced.


She currently serves families in Toronto and online through her site Parenthood Abroad.

Stephanie Kishimoto

Drop In Location: West End
Stephanie Kishimoto is a child and infant sleep consultant, the founder of Sleeping Beauties, and foremost, a mother to two beautiful little girls.


Having lived through postpartum anxiety herself, she understands the difficulties of being a new parent, and has seen first hand how intrinsically different each child can be.


As a certified Gentle Sleep Coach, she believes in fostering a strong attachment between parent and child, and provides gentle sleep solutions to tired families around the world. She focuses on empowering parents with the knowledge and tools required to implement and maintain healthy sleep habits for their children.
